After I started this blog last week, I decided that I should be able to better track and describe the progress that I’m making with Intermittent Fasting. So I knew I have to spend some money on a proper body weight scale.
My initial goal was to try intermittent fasting for 2 weeks. Here are the results of my first 30 days. Fasting is now my long-term lifestyle, can't imagine going back to my previous eating habits.
The story of how I accidentally discovered Intermittent Fasting (IF) while looking for ways to become more efficient during work hours and procrastinate less. This was the beginning of a life-changing experience.
